Your online banking experience has been upgraded as of February 22. You can continue to use the previous Business Online Banking System as we assist clients with the transition to the upgraded platforms.

- Automated file reporting and payment processing
- Even more advanced and customizable reporting options

Make sure your email address and contact info are up-to-date.
Backup a list of your recurring ACH, Wire, and Internal Transfers. Any ACHs, Wires, or Internal Transfers with an effective date after Friday, February 19, 2021 will not be converted to the new system.
Download historical reports and images of Remote Deposit Capture deposited checks. These will not be converted to the new system.
Save your Wire and ACH template details for reference. Your ACH and Wire history will be converted into payees and templates on the new system.
Save copies of your eStatements. 18 months of eStatements will be available on the new system.
No. Your account access will remain the same as it is as of Wednesday 2/17/21.
Your username will remain the same. However, you will now be prompted to enter a company ID at login. This will be emailed to you on 2/21/21.
Yes. You will be sent a temporary password on Sunday 2/21/21. You will use this temporary password for your first login only.
Once you have logged in for the first time, you will create a PIN (6-12 characters with 1 special character) and enter a Onetime Passcode that is sent to the email address on file. The onetime passcode is unique for every request, and it will be required every time you login via the website. You have the option to edit the delivery option for the Onetime passcode to SMS. Refer to the Security Software Installation Guide or First Time Login Guide for further details.
No. The RDC application will not be changing. If you are on Business Online, you will access Remote Deposit Capture via the shortcut on the left-hand side of the page. If you are on Commercial Online, you will access Remote Deposit Capture under the Payments & Transfers menu.
No. Your bill pay access, vendors, and payees will remain the same. Any payments scheduled before 3 PM PT on Thursday, 2/18/21 will automatically carry over to the new system. Bill pay will be unavailable after 3 PM PT on Thursday, 2/18/21 until Monday 2/22/21 while we migrate systems.
Any recurring internal transfers, ACH, or Wire payments will need to be re-set up on the new system.
Any future-dated internal transfers, ACH, or Wire payments dated after 2/19/21 will need to be re-set up on the new system.
18 months of statements will be made available online. Account history for 6 months will initially be available. Within a month of the upgrade, 2 years of account history will be available.
Positive pay access will not be impacted by the upgrade. If you are on Business Online, the link for Positive Pay will be on the left-hand menu of your home page. If you are Commercial Online, the link for Positive Pay is under the Control & Recon menu.
Yes. Any templates created on or before 2/17/21 will be automatically converted to the new system. Individual entries/payees within your template will also be added as payees in the new system.
If you are currently making ACH or Wire payments and not using the templates feature, your payment history will be converted into payees and templates on the new system.
Yes. Your old mobile app will no longer work after Sunday 2/21/21. Please download the new mobile app called FFB Business mobile on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will need your activation key that will be emailed to you on 2/21/21.
If you are using the DIGIPASS for Business Online app as a Soft Token, this app will also no longer work after Friday 2/19/21. Please download the new mobile token app called FFB Business Token on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will need your activation key that will be emailed to you on 2/21/21.
Yes. If you choose to log in via Secure Browser (best option), you will enter your activation key for the first time login. During this process you will create a PIN, which will be used for any future logins.
If you log in via the website, you will be prompted for a Company ID and a User ID. On the next page you will enter your PIN you created during the first time login process, and you will also be required to enter a unique 6-digit Onetime Passcode delivered to your email or SMS on file every time you log in.
No. Physical tokens are incompatible with the new system. Please recycle your token with your nearest electronic recycler.
To prevent payments interruption, download and activate the FFB Business Token app to generate the codes needed to initiate and approve payments.
No. Account history will be available for the last 6 months (this will be bumped to 2 years within a month of the upgrade). ACH and Wire history on the old system will be converted into payees and templates on Commercial Online. However, the payment history will not be carried over to the new system. We recommend backing up your payment history prior to the upgrade on Monday, February 22, 2021.
