With over 20 years of executive leadership across leading financial institutions, Steve has built a track record of driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Previously, Steve served as Managing Director of Private Banking at Union Bank, overseeing markets across Orange County and Southern California. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, directing large-scale banking operations and consistently ranking among the top executives nationwide for performance and results.
Steve is passionate about community engagement and has served on the boards of organizations including the Down Syndrome Association of Orange County, Susan G. Komen San Diego, March of Dimes, United Way Los Angeles, and the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling, horseback riding, skiing, cooking, and entertaining family and friends – pursuits that reflect his values of connection, energy, and living with purpose.
