First Foundation Announces Expansion of David DePillo's Role to President of First Foundation Inc.

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Foundation Inc. (NASDAQ: FFWM), a financial services company with two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, First Foundation Advisors and First Foundation Bank, announced today David DePillo has been appointed President of First Foundation Inc.

DePillo assumes this newly created leadership role for First Foundation Inc., joining John Michel, CFO, and Scott F. Kavanaugh, CEO, as part of the executive team at First Foundation Inc. DePillo will maintain his role as President of First Foundation Bank.
