Ms. Tilden joined First Foundation Bank in 2008. Her career experience includes operations management, sales management, consumer and business lending, cash management, branch management and multiple branch management. With 20 years of banking experience she is proficient in developing and designing customized financial solutions for both businesses and high- net-worth clients.
Ms. Tilden began her financial career at Wells Fargo in operations management and then was promoted into branch management positions. She has also held management positions at Home Savings of America and Western Financial Bank. Prior to joining First Foundation she was Vice President and District Relationship Manager at Commercial Capital Bank where she was responsible for the sales activities for the Orange County branches.
Ms. Tilden completed her undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati and received a MBA from the University of Phoenix.
