IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Foundation Inc. (NASDAQ: FFWM), a financial services company with two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, First Foundation Advisors and First Foundation Bank, announced today they have hired Larry Scarpone as Vice President, Credit Manager of the bank’s Equipment Finance department.

In his role, Scarpone will be responsible for reviewing, recommending, and monitoring all equipment loans and leases. He will work closely with the team to continue to maintain the response and service standards with all clients. His experience and industry knowledge will be essential in helping to serve and attract new and existing client relationships.

Scarpone brings over 25 years of experience in equipment finance, and prior to joining First Foundation, he was the Business Development Manager at Engs Commercial Finance Co., where he was responsible for facilitating all Southern California transactions from inception to close. He was previously the Director of Finance for Rush Enterprises, Inc. and Vice President at USA Capital LLC/Global Vantage.
