Monica Dallalzadeh and Jay Kanner promoted to regional managers to support growth of bank
IRVINE, Ca.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Foundation Inc. (NASDAQ: FFWM), a financial services company with two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, First Foundation Advisors and First Foundation Bank, announced today the appointments of Monica Dallalzadeh and Jay Kanner as Vice President, Regional Retail Banking Manager.
In this newly formed role, both Monica and Jay will lead and manage multiple full-service branches within two separate regions. This position was created in order to support the continued growth of the bank over the past few years. Currently, the bank has twenty locations throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii, which is an increase from six branches three years ago. In order to maintain the high level of client service expected from First Foundation, it was necessary to develop a role in which each office and region receive the appropriate support and guidance. Monica and Jay are a natural fit for the role as both have proven themselves to be exceptional leaders with a true appreciation for client service. Monica will focus on the Coastal California region as well as Honolulu, while Jay will focus on the Inland California region and Las Vegas.
The expansion of the bank naturally comes with a growth in the number of clients served, requiring a role which is responsible for ensuring consistency in the delivery model and client experience. The mission of the bank is to ensure the experience is reliable and great, regardless of the location. This new role will aid the offices in achieving new goals and allow bankers to develop stronger ties within their respective communities.
