If you are having difficulties in meeting your monthly mortgage payment obligation, due to COVID-19 related circumstances or any other reason, and wish to avoid foreclosure, we are here for you. 

For additional information, please call First Foundation Bank at (888) 830-4199 and ask to speak with a representative from the Special Assets Department. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. 

You may also contact the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to find a HUD-certified housing counseling agency by calling (800) 569-4287. Additional information is made available by HUD on its website at https://www.hud.gov.
