With years of experience in residential lending and consumer banking, Mr. Pavlik brings a customer serviced based approach to his mortgage process. In his role as VP, Residential Loan Officer, he is responsible for handling all the mortgage originations for existing and new clients of the bank.

Mr. Pavlik was formerly a Loan Officer Assistant and Junior Loan Officer at Umpqua Bank. Prior to Umpqua Bank, Mr. Pavlik was the Retail Banking Business Analyst at Opus Bank.

The experience that Mr. Pavlik has gained in his previous and current roles make him an expert in his market areas and in the residential lending group.

Mr. Pavlik earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
