Mrs. Osorio serves as the Director of Operations and is actively involved in the day-to-day functions of the firm. She works alongside the Executive team and oversees the back office. Mrs. Osorio collaborates with vendors to streamline processes and procedures that lead to better quality control to improve the client experience.
Mrs. Osorio has been a member of First Foundation Advisors for 10 years and has been an integral part in leveraging technology to enhance productivity. She continues to focus on the elimination of manual work and utilizing data to drive better decision-making.
Mrs. Osorio earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California State University Long Beach with a minor in Criminal Justice. She later returned to complete her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance graduating with honors.
